What We Offer
THE IVC EXPERIENCE
Elite Training
Two two-hour practices per week with experienced coaching staff focused on technical skill development and competitive preparation.
Tournament Play
Compete in WCVBA regional league, Capital Clash, Winter Classic, President's Day, and national qualifiers in Reno and beyond.
Faith & Family
A Christ-centered program that develops athletes on and off the court. We build character, community, and confidence.

Assistant Coach
Former Long Beach State NCAA National Champion, multi-time Big West Player of the Week, and ACVA All-American. Elite experience, elite results.

COMMON FAQ
How long is the season?
The season runs from late November/early December through mid-May — a full competitive season with a holiday break.
Where are practices held?
Our goal is to keep all practices in the Rocklin/Roseville areas, depending on gym availability.
Will I need to travel?
Local league play is standard. Some travel to the Bay Area and national qualifiers in Reno (and possibly Salt Lake City).
